Our History
After DJ-ing in the late 80s and 90s in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, (hence the orange lion, our national symbol, the red-white-blue flag and of course DJ Dutch!) we thought we had hung up our headsets for good. Then a few years ago, we were asked to help out at a party for special needs kids in our area and we jumped at the opportunity!
After seeing how much party fun and atmosphere a few lights and speakers could bring, and how much fun the parents were also having, we decided to start helping out with other school parties and birthday parties. We bought some gear and were back on the road! That was 6 years ago... Now we can support Corporate Events, Weddings, Fundraisers, and of course your special event!
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is quite simple: you're in charge. We will listen carefully to your wishes and will hope to exceed your expectations.
We will discuss specific wishes, and will help with playlists, timing, equipment needs. We will work together with your other event vendors to make it into an amazing success!
We enjoy all events, and play all genres for all ages. From rock to hip hop to dance to EDM to country, we play it all! If we had to pick a niche, it might be 80s and 90s music, or even 60s and 70s: you'd be amazed how many great songs you will recognize!
